Produced by the Chain Reaction Theatre Company and written by the critically acclaimed Paul Tibbey and Mark Sims, (of Charlie Sexboots fame), 'Everyone Loves Me' is a hilarious and vehemently contemporary musical comedy.
After completing a successful three week run at a top London fringe venue, 'Everyone Loves Me' then transferred to the Edinburgh Festival in 2003 where it proved to be a massive hit and was awarded Best Musical of the Year by the Fringe Report Awards. Following on from this, the show was one of four Musicals selected by Mercury Musicals to be showcased in the West End.
The production will be touring Dubai in 2007.
If your face isn't seen on the small screen, how can you be sure that you really exist?
When fading game show host Richie King becomes entangled with Big Brother runner up Daisy Craddock we know there are going to be fireworks. His career is catapulted into obscurity whilst hers reaches new dizzy heights and a new minor celebrity is born. We can only watch on in horror and fascination as wannabes and has-beens feverishly trample all over each other as they climb the greasy pole that is today's fame game.
Welcome to the world of fame addiction in which we explore the lives of Richie King (old school family TV presenter); Daisy Craddock, (Big Brother runner-up); Tamara Purchase, (psychologically unsound It-girl); and Charlie Conrad (up and coming TV producer).
With showstopping dance numbers, unforgettable songs, and vibrant character portrayals, this is musical theatre for the reality TV generation.
