Everyone Loves Me

"Everyone Loves Me may be one of the best musicals on the fringe this year. It's a magnificent, funny, and brilliant entertainment that grips and delights from start to finish, snap up a ticket now rather then when it hits the west end."

Everyone Loves Me Flyer

Produced by the Chain Reaction Theatre Company and written by the critically acclaimed Paul Tibbey and Mark Sims, (of Charlie Sexboots fame), 'Everyone Loves Me' is a hilarious and vehemently contemporary musical comedy.

After completing a successful three week run at a top London fringe venue, 'Everyone Loves Me' then transferred to the Edinburgh Festival in 2003 where it proved to be a massive hit and was awarded Best Musical of the Year by the Fringe Report Awards. Following on from this, the show was one of four Musicals selected by Mercury Musicals to be showcased in the West End.

The production will be touring Dubai in 2007.

"Strong performances from all four actors... Excellent vocals, flawless choreography and sharp costume choices make this a musical to remember."
Edinburgh Guide
"The outstanding quality of the performances, script, and songs produce a big brash musical, several times the size of its 4-strong cast. They create four characters so hugely horrible and endearing that you may be tempted - against your better feelings - to love them enormously."

The Show

Fame is the new religion!

If your face isn't seen on the small screen, how can you be sure that you really exist?

When fading game show host Richie King becomes entangled with Big Brother runner up Daisy Craddock we know there are going to be fireworks. His career is catapulted into obscurity whilst hers reaches new dizzy heights and a new minor celebrity is born. We can only watch on in horror and fascination as wannabes and has-beens feverishly trample all over each other as they climb the greasy pole that is today's fame game.

Welcome to the world of fame addiction in which we explore the lives of Richie King (old school family TV presenter); Daisy Craddock, (Big Brother runner-up); Tamara Purchase, (psychologically unsound It-girl); and Charlie Conrad (up and coming TV producer).

With showstopping dance numbers, unforgettable songs, and vibrant character portrayals, this is musical theatre for the reality TV generation.

The Reviews

"The Award Recognises the excellence of all involved in 'Everyone Loves Me' in producing an intelligent, thought provoking and delightful musical - a sharp and perceptive satire on celebrity which exploits the medium of the musical to tell a well-plotted, finely acted and hilariously funny moral tale - with great songs, well written and senstaionallly performed."
Fringe Report Awards, Best Musical
"In a word - astonishing. There's a stunning rapport between actors Sarah Choppen and Craig Kerrigan that lifts Everyone Love Me onto a different dramatic plane. It's especially visible in the blissful number 'Stick With Me'. When they're together, the stage could well ignite."

"To see four very talented actors, and listen to some very good songs, check out this fast paced, fun packed new musical and I paraphrase the posters again, Snap up a ticket now rather than when it hits the West End."
