Girls Support Girls

Helping girls build confidence and take control of their mental, sexual and physical health

Girls Support Girls (GSG) is a specially devised workshop programme for vulnerable young women aged 13–16.

The programme builds self-esteem, confidence and knowledge whilst motivating young women to take control.

Empowering young women.

Girls Support Girls empowers marginalised young women to take control of their futures so they can reach their full potential in life.

GSG tackles important issues in a supportive environment that builds resilience and enables girls to develop confidence in themselves and their abilities.

The programme consists of 4.5 hours of intensive school-based workshops (delivered across 3 weeks or one full day) and can be extended to 4/5 full day school holiday workshops delivered within community settings. Both schemes are for young women who are disengaging from education and need additional support.
