Booking Conditions
- Chain Reaction Theatre Company will send out a letter of confirmation to
all schools/organisations when the interested party and CRTC have negotiated
and agreed on times/dates etc. This acts as a contractual agreement between the
school/organisation and CRTC.
- Chain Reaction requires notice of any cancellation of a booking at least
three weeks prior to the expected performance, otherwise the commissioning group
(school/organisation) will be liable for the total quoted amount.
- Please ensure that all performance areas are cleared for our arrival - we
have limited time to set up our equipment, and would appreciate the clearance
of all tables and chairs from this area.
- Chain Reaction has a tour vehicle with some heavy props. Please inform us
if we can not park near to where we will be performing.
- Please inform the office if the school is on more than one site.
- If a subsidised performance is cancelled less than three weeks prior to the
confirmed date, the full amount will be due.
- Please ensure there is someone to meet the cast members upon arrival to show
us to the performance destination and to offer refreshments.
- Please can you ensure that teachers/children do not enter during the performance
as this is distracting for the pupils and actors.
- Chain Reaction requires all class teachers to be present during the performance
this is so the work can be followed up by the teacher back in the classroom
