‘FOOD 4 THOUGHT’
Healthy Eating & Exercise for Infants & Juniors
(Key stage 1 & 2/ Years 1-6/ Ages 5-11) 
An explosive and energetic piece of theatre that promotes the advantages of a balanced diet, and stresses the importance of exercise and having a sensible approach to enjoying what you eat.
